Service Refund Policy
At Geek Care Solution, we take pride in the quality of our work and our commitment to our clients' success. Because web design and digital marketing are labor-intensive services, we adhere to the following refund guidelines:
1. Web Design & Development
Web design projects are typically billed in milestones.

Deposit: The initial deposit is non-refundable as it secures your spot in our workflow and covers initial strategy and research.

In-Progress Work: If a project is cancelled after work has begun but before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work remaining.

Final Approval: Once the website is "Live" or final files are delivered, no refunds will be issued.
2. Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Media)
Marketing services are billed on a monthly retainer or per-campaign basis.

Retainers: Monthly service fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your service at any time with 30 days notice, but payments already processed for the current month will not be returned.

Ad Spend: Payments made directly to third-party platforms (like Google Ads or Meta) are governed by those platforms and are completely non-refundable by Geek Care Solution.
3. Change of Mind & Expectations

Client Delays: If a project is stalled for more than 30 days due to a lack of communication or content from the client, all fees paid to date are forfeited and the project may be terminated.

Performance: While we use industry best practices, we cannot guarantee specific rankings or sales figures. Therefore, refunds will not be issued based on "lack of performance" or "change of mind."
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please submit a written request to support@geekcaresolution.com. We will review your account and respond within 10-15 business days.
